There isn't a plan to have that in the near term. Feature requests should be sent to product management via your account team

Good to know, Jesse. Thank you.
With WANOPT out of the picture in v9.0, does Broadcom plan to provide a different way to throttle migration traffic?
If not, I think it would make a good feature request.
Also, apologies Pravesh. I didn't fully read your question.

The bandwidth limit in wanopt is for migration traffic only. Wanopt will be removed in version 9.0

Yes, bandwidth limit is an option you can set during the service mesh creation process.
Create a Service Mesh for vSphere-based Site Pairs
Refer to step 10f
The default is 10K Mbps and would be set as aggregate for all appliances in the service mesh.

Subject: HCX Bandwidth
Hi team,
Do we have any bandwidth throttling feature in HCX? As far as I know, bandwidth throttling in VMware HCX can be configured to limit the amount of traffic that can be used for migrations. This can be useful when migrating VMs over a link that is critical to business operations.
Are there any specific bandwidth settings for vMotion or network extension that we can set during the service mesh creation?
Regards
