Different options are available under workstation network setup for VM - ie share with windows OS, autodetect, private, separate bridged connection etc. Can you try changing them and see if it helps?

thank you for your return, and as I put it in the message,

yes I tried all the possible options on my network card.

I even deleted it and created new ones.

I have disconnected all firewalls from my windows

Well in that case I can only suggest official VMware stuff on this matter like

https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1008367 - it's for older workstation edition but concept about networking is similar.

and useful blog entry on virtual network editor inside workstation:

    https://www.virtualizationhowto.com/2016/09/troubleshooting-vmware-workstation-network-connectivity/

Personally - I didn't met any linux distort that is having similar issues these days on newer versions. Pls check your VPN connection beside firewall setting also
