Upgrade error from 15.1 to 15.8 -protect.DSH_OBJECTS_VALIDATIONS

    Dear Team 
    we were in process of upgrading 15.0 to 15.8 and upgrading the database from 11g to 19c 

    The first phase was to upgrade to 15.1 and everything looks fine. It was successful 
    we upgraded the DB to 19c and everything was fine 

    When we ran the readiness tool after the upgrade to 19c we got the following error 
    we gave the permissions and followed the document

    Has anyone got this error and knows how to fix this

    Moreover, please recheck the "Protect" and "DLP_upgrade" user permissions.
