Server not booting, error with all versions installed.

Hello  Dear all,

have someone any ider what could be the problem, one of aour servers is not booting  the servers ist asg s400
version installed is  6.5.7.19

i got always this message

Waiting for storage devices to become ready. ............................ timeout

and try to boot again, i tried with the diagnostics toll, when i check the disk shows any error

any ideas?

Hi Fermin,
if your ASG has several harddisk drives try swapping the disks. I.e., put the second disk in slot 1 and vice versa.

If this does not help, try the same with the boot SSDs.

Hello Mathias,
thanks for the info, as you mentioned our server has 8 hard disk the last one  "slot8"  was defected and cause the whole problem, without this disk everything works fine.
