    Hi,
    How to manually assign a package server to serve specific site or subnet? Is there a KB or steps that I can refer to?

    Hi Ain Abdullah!

    You can manually assign "Site" for appropriate Site Server from "Site Server Management" page
    Or expand required "Site" and click on "Site Servers" > now click "Add" and choose required existing Site Servers for this Site (despite on not matched subnets in Site and Site Server)

    Reason for asking this question:

    that a package server is chosen randomly from the available servers with the fewest recent errors and the way to force a package server to serve specific subnets is to manually assign them.

    My additional questions:
    1. How does an agent pick randomly from what are the best package servers based on connection statistics done in real-time? 

    2. Which log should I check to see this event or the events sampled in the KB?
