  • 1.  Optimal processes for updating SSL certs

The SSL certificates on our NS and Site server expire in a couple of weeks. We use CEM through a gateway. Can someone remind me what's the best practice for updating the certificates so as not to lose any clients? I have some recollection that it's useful to do "something" in advance of the certs expiring but can't remember what! It's something we only do once a year and usually get it wrong but don't remember to document how to do it right!
We're on 8.6 RU1 if it makes any difference.
    Thanks
    Martin

The Managing Certificates page has info on replacing certs.
