Customers that require support from TD SYNNEX need to verify the information below is correct in their Broadcom Profile.
Note: They should know their site id…
1. Verify your site id is associated with the account used to log into Broadcom's support portal > Manage Broadcom Site IDs or upgrade your account or
if you need to add an additional site id to their profile use the following > Add additional Site IDs to your profile (Existing User) (broadcom.com)
2. Verify you are using these steps to submit cases to TD SYNNEX > Broadcom Partner Support End-Customer Guide
3. General user guide on using the Broadcom Support Portal (pdf file). > bfd4c9c7-4b39-e76b-4f1f-c14db660460d (broadcom.com)
