    A few days ago our SEPM 14.3 RU6 (14.3.9205.6000) updated all clients from 14.3.9205.6000 to 14.3.9210.6000. So where can we find more infos about this build?
    Where is SEPM 14.3 RU6 with build 14.3.9210.6000?
    Where is CleanWipe Removal tool for build 14.3.9210.6000?
    Where is Vietools for build 14.3.9210.6000?

    Cleanwipe Document has been updated with latest version here: Download the CleanWipe removal tool to uninstall Endpoint Protection (broadcom.com)

    SEPM will download the packages automatically via LU

    These are client-only updates. The SEPM does not need to be updated.

    Hello John,

    thank you - but will the stand alone (unmanaged) clients update themselves? Or do we have to update all these manually (again)?
    Will a easy patch be available through support download, like Cleanwipe in this version ?

    As they are Unmanaged you would need to upgrade them manually.

    Where can I get the Patch for unmanaged Clients?

    In the DL-Area I can - so far - only find a Client-Package dated Nov 07, 2022 11.12AM

    If you have an on-premises Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM), the new clients should have downloaded via the LiveUpdate process and show up in the Install Packages area of the SEPM console.  You can export unmanaged clients from there.

    I found these on our SEPM on January 4, 2023.

    Thank you for the information.

    Accoding to the article,14.3 RU6 (14.3.9210.6000) are available via Symantec LiveUpdate for Cloud-Managed and On-Premise customers.

    However, our On-Premise server installed SEP Windows Client is not connected Internet, so We can't perform LiveUpdate.

    Shuld we perform the Virus Definitions & Security Updates patch discribing the URL below to solve the vulnerability?

    Please let us know other alternative method if we're wrong.

    We are talking about Unmanaged client all this while.
    Mac client is dated Jan 11, 2023 08.23AM
    Windows client is old and dated Nov 07, 2022 11.12AM

    I would also want to know where the new client can be downloaded. It's not available on the download page and our sepm server is connected to the internet but not finding it.

    You can't just drop something like that and then not have a easy way to download and install it on all environments. How hard is to to just add a updated client package for all supported versions on the download page?

    I have unmanaged Clients that are on 14.3.9205.6000 and which do not Update to 14.3.9210.6000 with installing that Intelligent Updater file (tested on 2 machines)

    I don't think that unmanaged clients will update themselves via LiveUpdate or with the Intelligent Updater files.  You would have to either export an unmanaged client from a SEPM or download the new clients from the portal.  However, I see that these new builds are not available in the portal as described in the link to Download Broadcom products and solutions yet.

    Intelligent Updater will not work to update the client's build.

    If you need the Install Packages for 14.3 RU6 or RU5 you will need to call in to support for them.

    LiveUpdate is only updating the packages on the SEPM. Not clients.

    If you have an on-premises SEPM, the new builds should already be downloaded there via LiveUpdate and you can export an unmanaged client.  Once exported, you can take this client to your unmanaged clients and install it on them.

    The SEPM is not impacted. This is only client side fix. 

    So the SEPM will remain 14.3.9205.6000 and the clients will be 14.3.9210.6000

    I've already SEPM at 14.3.9205.6000 , but latest client Install package available for Windows is build: 9205

    how can I force Windows install pkg 14.3.9210.6000 to be available?

    Go to Admin > Servers > Local Site Properties > LiveUpdate Tab > click on Content Types to Download and verify Client Product updates and Client Patches are selected.

    Are you using normal LiveUpdate or a LiveUpdate Administrator for content?

    You will need to open a support ticket with Broadcom support and request a link to download the updated clients and then import them into the SEPM.

    John, I have clients in an air gapped area and do not run LU.  I import .jdb files for definition updates.  I installed SEP 14.3.9210.6000 on both "SEPM's"  and all that did, of course, is update the SEPM.  I need to be able to set up a client install package ... I need some instructions please!
    I do have SEPM's that can get to the internet, can I somehow export that package?  I am at a loss ...

    I would appreciate it if someone could supply the digital signatures for SEP Build 14.3.9210.6000, Refresh update, Win-64, Client only, English version.  I have been unable to locate the MD5 or SHA-256 values for the Win-64, Client, English version.  Thanks.
