                You will need to download by logging into My Symantec Portal. Offline share is not possible for SGOS Images

                You will need to have valid entitlement to download the respective images. If you have a device with valid entitlement but not seeing it listed in your login, do call into our customer care and they will help in setting it up. Rarely it happens though

Yes, I know we have Bluecoat Proxy 510 and I am trying to configure the same in our test environment.

the current version is 6.4.6.1  and I am facing issue to upgrade directly to 6.5.x.x I read ProxySG 510/810 Migration Guide it was mentioned to it requires the  6.4.6.7 version.

Dear Jahangir, Model 510 is also eol so you need to check with backline team.

Model 510 doesn’t support 6.5, 6.4 is the last. Only 810-5/10/20/25 support 6.5.

Could you tell, please, what latest SGOS SG300-25-M5 supports? And is there any way to find out SGOS version installed on used Blue Coat SG300 prior buying by a number on its back?

Hi Nick,

I hope you are well. The SG300-25-M5 appliances are End of Life. You can find the EOL documentation here. The latest tier of SGOS supported on the box was SGOS 6.7.5.x. SGOS 6.7.5.x is no longer supported, with SGOS 7.3 being the new Long Term Release.

Hi Nick,

The latest SGOS for SG300-25-M5 (EOL) is 6.7.5.25 (EOL). No way to find out installed version (versions,may be up to 5) by SN, you need check this via Web/SSH/COM port.
