Does SEP support macOS Ventura 13.4?

It looks like 14.3 RU6 was already installed on Ventura 13.2 but with issue - https://community.broadcom.com/symantecenterprise/discussion/installing-sep-on-mac-ventura-132

I just want to check if 14.3 RU6 can be used with Ventura 13.4. 

If so, will https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/152316/macos-and-osx-compatibility-for-endpoint.html be updated with macOS 13.x?

Yes, 13.4 is supported. MacOS 13 is already listed in the article you reference and major version support generally means support for all minor versions.
