Client count showing wrong in dashboard - 14.3 RU4

Hello Team,

Could you please help me here.

Issue - Post upgraded client count is showing wrong on dash board.

Upgraded 14.2.1 – MP1 to 14.3 RU4.

1. Original count should be 1200+ and it is showing around 260+.
2. Post upgrade count is reduced.
3. Checked the online/offline report and showing correct.
4. Restored again still same issue.
5. Repaired - still same issue.
6. Rebooted the server but still same.
7. Run server management wizard and still same issue.
8. Checked db validator and it was successful.

Kindly let us know if there is any bug.

Hi Shiva,

this is bug so upgrade SEP and SEPM to 14.3 RU5
i had same issue but after upgrade its resolve

Hello all,

I've been having issues as well, not sure if it was upgrading to 14.3. RU3/4 but my symptoms are the SEPM is getting Unexpected server errors (System Logs: Server Activity ), and clients are having issues reconnecting.  Per support it's due to too much logging but we've been doing logging like this for years, so I'm thinking there's something else going on here.

Ran dbvalidator.bat and Database validation passed, so the db appears to have no issues.

Please  change Symantec services to local and restart, some time you can login to server.
