  • 1.  Cannot Remove AD parameters from SEE Configuration Manager

    Team

    We have the following scenario:

2 SEE Managers v11.4 running on Windows 2009
1 SQL (with information from SEE 11.3) , the database is shared with the above SEE Managers.

We need to delete two AD Forests from the SEE Configuration Manager (Active Directory > Configuration) , we did it on our primary SEEM, then after the prompt "Are you sure you want to delete the organizational hierarchy of <domain.com> from the SEE database"  we accept ..... but once we close and open a new session of the SEE Configuration Manager the parameters reappears.

We are not interested to use AD, our approach is the Native Policies and groups

    Assumptions:
    1. The other SEE Manager is overwriting the settings.
    2. The database is not saving the new setting.

    Thoughts?

    Best Regards
