I hadn't opened a support case in awhile for Altiris and when I did so the other day, ended up getting someone from TD SYNNEX. Did Broadcom leave support to a 3rd-party or is it just because of who we renewed our annual maintenance through the last time?
Never worked with TD SYNNEX before nor have I heard of them but I'm sure there are a lot of overseas companies providing tech support these days. Just don't know how good/bad these guys really are where Altiris is concerned since we ended up finding the source of our problem internally.
