  • 1.  Unable to remove IP from ****

    Hi,

    recently we acquired three new IP addresses from our host provider:

    209.126.100.78
    209.126.100.81
    209.126.100.129

    Initially they was listed as DUL, and after I asked for removal they started working. But since last week all three IP are being blacklisted without any abuse on our server, I ask for removal and looks like it gets removed and on next day they are blacklisted again.

    There is no signal of abuse on our server and we are clean in many other blacklists.

    The query page doesn't tell much about the reason its being blacklisted, so I'm absolutely clueless. Is there something I can do to stop this from happening?

    Please post this in the Messaging Gateway forum (https://community.broadcom.com/symantecenterprise/communities/communityhomeblogs?CommunityKey=bba1e9dc-0c56-4fb5-9e3d-ef7f0d79b7ee).  The IP reputation list is part of that product.
