Symantec Endpoint shows 163/187 Devices At Risk with No Errors (Case 33325443)

Good Morning Everyone,
Yesterday I had noticed my Endpoint is showing 163 of my 187 devices at risk with no errors. Upon inspecting the the client on a handfull of these devices it shows no error and is greened up. Has anyone else been experiancing this issue?
