We are pleased to announce that Trusted Access Manager for Z now supports the ability to use Java 17. The product now supports IBM Semeru Runtime Certified Edition for z/OS, Version 17, Service Level 9 (17.0.9) or higher. For all supported Java versions, see the Address Software Requirements.
Trusted Access Manager for Z defaults to Java 8. For existing customers, to switch to Java 17, apply the PTF and perform the procedures in (Optional) Configure Java 17 Support. For new installations, configure the product to use Java 17 as part of the normal installation process.
