problem with installing SEP in client devices

hello im trying to install symantec end point protection for sevral client pc and after setup finishes installing and restarting the pc this message show up:

symantec end point protection cannot be opened beacuse some symantec services are stopped.restart symantec services ,and then open symantec endpoint protection.

-the OS of the client system is windows 10 .

-this problem show in some devices not all of them.
