    From:     The Broadcom iDash Workload Automation Product Team

    Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers.  Today, we sent email notification that we are are discontinuing technical support for the iDash Command Line Interface (CLI) Platforms listed below, effective May 11, 2023:

    • AIX - all versions
    • HP-UX IA64 - all versions
    • Solaris (SPARC) - all versions 
    • Solaris (x86) - all versions

    Deprecating support for the above platforms will allow our Development organization to more effectively focus its resources and add value to more strategic areas.   At this time, we encourage you to use iDash CLI on supported platforms listed here:  

    • Oracle Linux - 64bit
    • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) - 64 bit and zSeries
    • SUSE Linux Enterprise Server  - x86 64-bit and zSeries
    • Windows Server - 64bit
    • Windows - 64bit
     

    For specific versions of the supported platforms,  please visit the iDash Compatibility Matrix of the latest GA documentation.
