    Datacom CADRE members,

    The Datacom group is pleased to announce the general availability of an enhancement to Datacom SQL syntax that allows a user to drop a column default for rows added in the future.  Previously you could establish a default or change the default but not drop it.  This was a request from the Datacom Ideas board.
