Our team is excited to announce the release of version 1.5.0 of our Visual Studio Code extension Explorer for Endevor. This release includes the following new features:
- Support for Endevor PassTickets
Developers can use Endevor PassTickets for authentication to their Endevor connections.
- Edit Endevor Connection details
Developers can edit the parts of their Endevor Connection details in the command palette.
- History view
Developers can now see the list of element revisions and specific changes in every revision.
- Generate a sandbox/subsystem
Developers can now generate an entire subsystem and take advantage of a summary batch report table. They can also view the C1MSGS1 Endevor batch report as a result of the generate element action.
- Enhanced filtering functionality
Developers can now also apply filters by element type in an Endevor inventory location.
The release also includes the following fixes and enhancements:
- The VS Code source control manager issue that prevented the diff editor for modified elements from being available after conflict resolution.
- Added the No-source description indicator to the tree elements.
- Enhanced the tooltips for service, location, and element nodes
- Removed Zowe CLI profiles now have the "Delete" option, instead of "Hide".
- Headers are removed for all printed content, excluding listings.
