Endevor replacement for ESP DSERIES / Change management tool

My organization is currently researching a migration from ESP on the Mainframe to DSERIES. We use Endevor to track and move the ESP job procedures to production. What is the best change management tool to replace that on DSERIES? We would also want to migrate any existing records for the ESP job procedures from Endevor to a new tool. Any help guiding me in the right direction will be useful!
