    Hi.

    I would like to change my email adress here, so I can retain access to this account once I won't have access to my inbox at my employer (which might happen any day now). To tie up lose conversations, or just in case I end up working with (the same) Broadcom products again.

    How can I do this? Changing my "notification email" clearly doesn't do the trick, I tried.

    My new email will be a non-corporate one for the time being, I understand to accept that you need to remove the "site id" from my account and then you can do this. Removing the site id is fine by me.

    Oh, and also, can the account be renamed, because the current account name is literally the email address of my soon-to-be-ex employer ...

    I would also like some assistance in updating my primary email address and login username. I tried to submit a request with the automated system but it keeps generating a blank ticket number and then auto-cancelling. Thank you!
