    Dear Team, 

    We are not able to find the Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response Virtual appliance OVA file on the portal even though I have the license I am not able to download.

    Already raised the case by still no response for and tried calling the support still no luck.

    Can you please help me on getting the OVA file for Symantec EDR.

    There is a known issue regarding the license file missing on the portal. However, as you already created a case we will contact you as soon as possible and assist you further.

    We are also having trouble with the download. We have created a case but no reply for over a week.
