We've taken over support for a customer and they have a handful of Symantec Cloud installs which are blocking our new AV product. I've contacted support and was told because they don't have a valid subscription they can't help me and to try posting here (What?)
I need the removal tool, which your KB says to download the most recent product to gain access to, which obviously I cannot do. I'm looking to remove the following applications:

Symantec.cloud Agent 3.00.31.2817
