    We've taken over support for a customer and they have a handful of Symantec Cloud installs which are blocking our new AV product. I've contacted support and was told because they don't have a valid subscription they can't help me and to try posting here (What?)

    I need the removal tool, which your KB says to download the most recent product to gain access to, which obviously I cannot do. I'm looking to remove the following applications:

    Symantec Endpoint Protection 22.15.2.26
    Symantec.cloud 3.00.31.2817
    Symantec.cloud Agent 3.00.31.2817
    Symantec Cloud - Endpoint Protection 6.90.00.869 & 7.30.00.935

    Hi everyone, I've been following different instructions on how to uninstall SEPC, via any script possible, but I still can't get it to work.

    Does anyone have experience remotely removing the software? We're switching to Sophos and it's not automatically removing the existing AV.
