  • 1.  Barcode Solution - "Reclaim Pending"

    We are starting to use barcode solution with the Barcode Essentials iphone app. We have two licenses right now but the console have both of them in use. One with my current iPhone and another with an old iphone from a year ago. I tried to delete the old device but it's stuck at reclaim pending. It's been 24 hours since we deleted the old device. It seems to be stuck.

    That's a bit odd. Usually the reclaim is pretty quick. Have you tried contacting Basis support? They should be able to lend you a little guidance on what might be happening there.

    We are experiencing the same issue.  We are just using the trial version of Barcode Essentials currently.  Any luck getting your issue resolved?
