  • 1.  Where did my Help Desk 6.5 components go?

    Hi everyone,

    We've been using Workflow (sparingly) since 7.0 and my projects have worked with every upgrade, albeit with a few tweaks to components.  Now that I'm on 7.1 SP2, I created a new project and I can't seem to find the SMP6 components that I've used in previous projects to interface with our help desk server.  Note that I can use the components in these old projects just fine, but unless I clone the old project and wipe out all components, I can't seem to find these components in any new projects.

    Any ideas?

    You have to add at least one NS6 credential in Credentials Manager to get the Helpdesk components to show up (doesn't have to be default SMP credentialt). You can also go to the Credentials tab of Workflow Explorer (Credentials Manager goes to the same place). Just add an NS6 credential and restart your project.
