  • 1.  User defined resources not showing up as assets in Helpdesk

    We have recently discovered a problem with our user defined resource types.  We can create and populate information in them with no problem.  Our issue is that the do not sync over to the helpdesk assets tables and so we can not associate them with any tickets.

    We seem to only be getting Computer assets -- not even Monitors are coming across into Help Desk, not to mention our custom resource types (Docking stations, iPads, etc.)  I'd be interested if you've been able to find a solution for this, and if you or anyone else has also been able to integrate barcode data so the user could choose the barcode of the problem asset.
