This is a strange one and I can't find any rhyme or reason as to why this is occurring.
We have Active Directory User Import enabled on our AMS/CMS NS7 server. Most of our users are coming in flawlessly, however I'm seeing a small number of users whose information is all correct with the exception of the name field. Rather than the name being listed as "John Doe" like everyone else, I see his login name followed by a period and our domain name. i.e. instead of "John Doe," I see "jdoe.MYDOMAIN"
The odd thing is that if I check periodically throughout the day I sometimes find one or two more people whose names display this when my import rule runs overnight, so I don't know if I can put the blame on that.
Anyone else see this before?
Update: It seems that my AD User Import corrects the issue, but I still see the change from "First Last" to "flast.DOMAIN" randomly on random users throughout the day.
