I've been to a Symantec page before that has small update files that allow you to go from version to version without having to do a full client uninstall/install. For instance you could run an EXE that will take you from MR4 to RU6 quickly and not have to reboot. Can someone send along that link if they have it?
Thanks,
Randy

It will still require a reboot, though. I don't think it prompts you, but the client will show up in the SEPM as requiring a reboot due to a task from install.
