Hi All,
My Mac updated to catalina and i tried to access fileconnect to get my update so my encryption Desktop can work again. Directed to Braodcom i tried to contact support who said i have a perpetual license but they will not be able to give me a download link for the update. Long story short, i cannot access my files, they wont give me a link to download the update and I cant find a place to purchase it again ( I should not have to).
Any idea how i can get the update, not asking for a license, just need the update file.
Please help :(
