The following link contains details regarding SEP's functionality to detect and create automatic exclusions for MS Domain Controllers. If a machine is promoted to DC status AFTER SEP is installed, then SEP will not create the automatic exclusions. The registry edits are listed if manual creation is required.

This will happend with any MS Product including SQL, and Exhange.
So here's a reviiew all exception for the differents roles and Applications for MS products.
So i recommend adding all this exception and apply it to all MS Server.
