Symantec is blocking ftp login

HI All,

 

I have configured ftp allows policy and all other traffic block but it allow to me open link of my ftp://ftp2.cipla.com but not allow to me login into that.

I allowed in firewall rule port no. 20,21

I found in Symantec ntp traffic logs every time ftp query Hit on different remote port for more details you can check ftp logs.

Is it because of Symantec antivirus or any else reason for this ?

Did you allow for both incoming and outgoing?

Have you check the Trafic logs from SEPM.

Whcih rule is causing the issue?
