    Sep 12.1 installation is rolling back

     

    I have used all clean wipe version for uninstall old client but I don’t think so it cleaned properly how should I proceed for this

    What is the exact version of 12.1 you're using and what is the OS you're trying to install on?

    What OS are you running?

    What version of SEP 12.1 are you running?

    Upon checking, the logs, I see you are trying to install SEP 12.1.3001 and here are the errors as seen below:-

    In case, the OS is Windows 7 / Windows 8, make sure the UAC is disabled.

      Issue resolved by domain credentials it was preventing me to right data in program file I provided everyone rights to program files and it installed smoothly.
