Is SCSP compatible with Microsoft Server 2008 R2 SP1 running Hyper-V?

    Thanks.

SCSP agent is compatible with the Windows 2008 R2 ( note: Windows Server Core is not supported) .

Check the platform matric pdf within install media.

Thanks Pete. Do you or does anyone else have any experience with offloading the logs on a Windows server to another server with the SCSP agent on it? Does SCSP support the reading of this type of log?

My goal is to use SCSP to log all server logs, but if I cannot load SCSP directly on a server (MS 2008 Server Core) then I can possibly send these logs to another server and have SCSP log these events.

    Thanks!

If you are talking about gathering logs from an unsupported platform, I believe that you need to setup and leverage the Virtual agent capability of SCSP - check it out at:
