    Without the renewal, we are not able to deploy the agent: unable to generate policy XML for item

    all the same "definitive" licence

    RS full licence not overloaded but not enough.png

    Is it normal because of ended date maintenance period of the "licensing" ?

    We know this Solution is out of support from Symantec, but we already use it without calling editor support from years...

    Is it normal with definitive "license", we cannot deploy anymore ?

    I believe NOT. Can you :

    1. CONFIRM this is because of the end of the maintenance period license ?

    2. Propose a valid WORKAROUND please ?

    Hi Pascal,

    It is hard to comment anything at the moment. Could you please share us additional details?

    1. What version of RS you are on?

    2. What is license expiration date?

    3. What does entire error message show which states that it is not possible to generate a policy?
