Getting Error Message while downloading log files in SEPM 12.1

    Hi Friends,

    I am getting error messages while downloading the log files. The process which I am following is Monitor-Logs-the logs are getting visible but when I click on export option I am getting error message as below. the screenshot is attached.

    "Unable to Download...32D1515AE261EDE0FA9DFE32A.csv

    My SEPM version is 12.1.3001.165.

    If any one have the solution for this issueplease share with me.

    Hello,

    It seems you are using SEPM Java Web Console. 

    Check this Article and follow the steps provided -
