    Posted Oct 10, 2014 02:25 PM

In attendance: Carla, Linda, Laura, Steve, Craig, Chuck, Patty and Greg at the end

    Registration:

      - Currently 26 customers/partner/board members registered

      - Carla has begun to have CA speakers register as well through the IUA (should be 10 currently registered)

      - On 11/1 Carla will need a list of external participants so CA can start registering them for WIFI access when they are here for the conference.  Carla will tell Chuck what info we need and he will create a spreadsheet

    Sessions:

      - Grant Esptein has agreed to pre-record his session for the conference

      - Steve Cannon will be unable to attend so we will put that session back to a round table

      - Frank from Colyrut and Chris Hoelscher will co-present for the Migrating to r18.5 session.  Frank from CSM perspective and Chris non-CSM

      - Once we get these abstracts the agenda will be set.

      - Linda posted the new sessions and abstracts but some of the speakers need to be updated.  Carla will mark up the current copy and send to Linda.  We would like to have everything updated for the event by 10/15 (before webcast)

      - We were waiting on approval of Mike Madden bio (since received and Linda posted to the community site this morning)

      - Linda is waiting on a bio for Kevin Goulet & Mike Harer.   I spoke to Sheila after the meeting and she said Greg is working on this

    Employee recognitions

    - CA is no longer giving out employee recognition awards (was related to CARE) but IUA (and CADRE) are both going to give out awards at their respective conferences.  They will run the voting and award at their business meeting.  They would like the award recipients to attend the NE aquarium event

    - They will be giving a plaque they would like hung in Framingham

    Evals:

    - Steve followed up with Chris Stallone and there is only a like/dislike feature in the community and it is not anonymous nor available on mobile so he/IUA will investigae other avenues

Greg Beedy joined and confirmed we will hold a joint webcast on 10/16 at 11:00 am to advertise the conference.  Linda Casey will speak for IUA. One benefit is we can post this on ca.com after and maybe reach more people.   We wont have a planning meeting next week - the webcast will replace

Greg is still working on getting Marty's contacts but Greg and Sheila have harvested hundreds of email addresses and are continuing their outreach program to these sites.

Committee was discussing shuttle options to Framingham from airport. Linda suggested "Super Shuttle".  Asked Chuck (?) to get info on it and distribute to committee.  Carla suggested making this an FAQ because all attendees will be wondering the same thing
