- Registration update: 14 people registered so far. Some session suggestions. Need to review 9/25 to firm up remaining grid. We can advertise Mike Madden and Ken J's buffer session. Have Linda send out the first weekly email advertising Madden.
- Security: Carlal contacted corporate security and the two doors that need badge access between lobby and 2-74 will be turned off for the duration off the conference. Issue opened internal
- Grid: We had a discussion about whether two tracks should have sessions at the same time or be on difference schedules. All agreed should have same time. No determination was made as to whether they should be 45 min or 60 min slots. Tabled to 9/25
- Template: Suggestion to increase size of IUA logo on title and footer was implemented and new grid posted today
- Evaluations: Discussed doing an online conference registration. Session eval might be easier to do paper. Steve was going to investigate creating evaluations
- Tuesday IUA reception: discussion tabled
- Attendee bags: Need to get update from LInda on bags and notebooks IUA providing. We wont be able to get CA World bags (if they are even doing that this year). CA providing mugs and tshirts and Boston material. Forgot to mention I think some type of building map may be helpful. Carla looking into it
- Tom Hebert submitted a session abstract for app dev. CA likes and think should be incorporated into App dev track. Also group agreed Terry's web services session should be in app dev track
