I have full - All required permissions. But still it does not resolve the problem and not able to create logs. As it was not creating file, I went ahead and created a file as well with required permissions but still not able to see log and getting same error.

Here is permission for my long folder and log files.

    drwxrwxrwx. 2 apache root system_u:object_r:usr_t:s0 61 Nov 30 21:14 log

    -rwxrwxrwx. 1 apache root system_u:object_r:usr_t:s0 0 Nov 30 21:06 aphis_items_wa.log
    -rwxrwxrwx. 1 apache root system_u:object_r:usr_t:s0 0 Nov 30 21:09 aphis_items_trace.log

    Hi Kapil,

I suspect SELinux is playing a role here.  Have you been able to check the system log (/var/log/messages)?  Most of our customers keep SELinux in Permissive mode on their web agent hosts; the ones I'm aware of who have kept SELinux enabled went thru a long, iterative process to address each of the limitations imposed by SELinux's Enforcing mode.

    Regards,
    Pete
