Please suggest best practices to upgrade DX NetOps Spectrum from 10.2 to 21.x version in DDS with FT environment.

The subject was discussed several times here. The documentation provides exact steps on how upgrade should be performed in DSS and FT environments. Here info from documentation over this. Do it exactly how is specified there: MLS first, all primary SSs, all secondary SSs, all OC servers.
