Theses duplicate qos metrics is a problem I encountered some weeks/months ago.
To solve the problem you can delete without problem the oldest qos metric.
To help deleting these duplicates I added an extra logic in the tool: nimsoft_qos_delete (see:
https://community.broadcom.com/enterprisesoftware/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?GroupId=1315&MessageKey=ce131a68-3a55-4d21-9010-e5dad016c927). You need version 2.0.2 for the new -dd option.
The included doc has also a chapter that explains the duplicate qos problem.

Dear Community, I have the problem of
CI_METRIC_ID duplicates and therefore it does not show me the information in the ump portal I want to know if it is safe to delete the duplicate Qos from the slm in the "quality of service" part and delete the duplicate qos directly and it is forced to do the procedure through querys.
