Transaction details are not displaying in 'Show Request Event details' Tab

Hello All,
                  After hitting the request in my inspection view i am able to see the transaction details in 'Show Matching' tab but not displaying in 'Show Request Event Details' tab but instead of showing the transaction details, displaying as 'No date (no incoming request found)' (attached screen shot for the reference) , we are getting responses for the request why 'No date (no incoming request found)' in event details tab.

Hi Sravan
Please check your VSE log level in LISA_HOME\logging.properties. Make
sure it is set to INFO. Once done, restart the VSE service. Subsequent
requests sent to the VSE should have data in inspection view.

Hello Sankar Natarajan,
                                         We followed the same procedure which you provided above. But still facing the same issue.
Also noticed , especially this virtual service only facing the same issue , other services which we deployed are displaying good.

Would it be possible to shart the MAR file of the Virtual Service. I
will check it out locally. Please kindly indicate your DevTest version too.

Hi,

I have observed this is a common issue with the buffer size and mostly observed in services with multiple steps included. You can try increasing the buffer size in properties file and try once.

Hi Sravan,

If your VSE log level is set to WARN in logging.properties which we recommend for performance testing then you will see the behavior what you are seeing.

Below is the property in logging.properties which need to be changed but the change will impact performance.
log4j.logger.VSE=WARN, VSEAPP---> log4j.logger.VSE=INFO, VSEAPP

For troubleshooting you can make the above change.
