Hi,
during the job runs all it's output will be written into the file Oxxxxxxx.txt After the job is finished Automic will check the settings that you have defined. If you selected "Store to Database", then the report will be transferred into the Automic database. But there is a size limit (MAX_REPORT_SIZE). After that, the file Oxxxxxxx.txt gets deleted from the filesystem. But there are 2 exceptions when the file does not get deleted: 1) it was not possible to store the full report in the database (because of the size limit). 2) you defined "Store to File".
So I guess in your case you are over the limit and therefore the file stays in the filesystem.
As Peter said, pls talk to the job owner and ask him not to dump everything into the log.

this particular job is creating huge files even the 'job report store to file' is unchecked.
i don't think the reports can be 30 , 11 gb normally. At what factor this depends?

Then please check with the job owner if it is necessary to store this huge job outputs.
