Require help with Authorization Setup

    Dear Experts,

    I'm working on the Authorization concept for our new clients. I have the below requirement for the new user group

    1 . The users in the new user group can execute / Modify / Read any objects in the client
    2. Create new users in the client with permission to assign only the below existing user groups
    Execute
    Modify
    Read

    Can you please help me with it on how the user group should look like ?
