Regarding Tech Documents

Hello Community,
I would like to know more about the CA products. But i tried to download the tech documents i couldnt make it. 
Do i allow to do that?. Do i need any **** access to make it?.

I would like to know the possibilities of it.

You just need to access https://techdocs.broadcom.com/ 

No need for login, but it helps if you register as a user then you can comment on docs.
