  • 1.  Regarding supported devices by NCM

    Hi community,

    I have a query:

    J9850A HP 5406R zl2

    Aruba 3810M-40G-8SR

    Aruba JL074A 3810M 48G

    Aruba JL073A 3810M 24G

    HP 5400R Switch

    Do these devices supported NCM or perl?

    NCM self-certification is designed to interact with almost any SSH-capable device. Just need the list of commands to execute to gather the configuration. The output in the standard output for the selected command (usually the last one) will be stored as the configuration

    Perl option is the last resource when the device is not SSH-capable or the logic to retrieve the configuration cannot be accomplished using the self-certification process. The perl script basically implements all the process Including the connection.
