Hi Team,
I'm facing an issue in Symantec (CA) Identity Manager 14.3 where in some of the attributes in the CA IM are not synchroized to the ldap account template even after running the synchorization events and tried many other things. If i modify the attribute from x to y then only it gets sync to the ldap account template. I tried to copy and paste the same value for the attribute in CA IM and submit the task, but no luck as the submitted task doesn't trigger modify user event as the value of the attribute is same. (In my view, this should not be the ideal behavior thus feel free to provide suggestions or share thoughts)
Is there a refresh attribute task in CA IM that i could run to initiate a sync of the attributes from CA IM to ldap account template?
