  • 1.  Re-open Incidents from Spectrum in ServiceNow

    Hi Community,

    We have a requirement where in incident needs to be re-open for same alarm raised with in 24 hours in ServiceNow. Does Spectrum has capability to re-open same incident?

    Please suggest if any one has idea to achieve this scenario.

    Hi Eswar,

    It needs to be configured at ServiceNow end. At ServiceNow end, they can match certain properties like  CI Name, Alarm Title, and etc. to reopen the ticket for that CI for same alarm.
