    Look like the node is installed correctly however there is an issue registering the node with the UVMS. 

    Need to check node and uvms logs to see if anything obvious such as user/pass, firewall issues or duplicate node names during registration. 

    Could try to register the node manually using the UNIMS command and see if any errors reported.
