Missing Values in all events log of ntevl probe

we have deployed netvel probe on robot to capture event data for alerting. I can see the all event logs only system and application is visible. I have configure probe on other instance and i can see these values . attaching snapshot of both instences

Part of the top level probe configuration is the list of application logs to pay attention to. 

In the cfg file there's a section like this:

<logs>
system = System
application = Application
</logs>

Add the logs you are interested in to the list or via the config tools.
